Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Effective immediately. All surgeries and general appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice will result in a $25 charge for appointments and $35 for surgeries. “No Show” appointments and surgeries will also be charged, as previously stated.
